Accessibility statement.

Oralstack handles dental records and is used at the chair by clinical and front-desk staff with a wide range of needs and assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as part of how the product is built — not a checkbox at the end. This page describes our conformance target, what we currently test, what we know is incomplete, and how to flag an issue. Reviewed quarterly; last reviewed 28 April 2026.

Conformance target

WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the marketing site and product UI.

Today the marketing site (oralstack.com) substantially conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. The product UI (in clinic pilot) is built against the same target; the v13 cohort is the point at which we'll publish a third-party-audited statement for the product specifically.

Browsers tested

  • Chrome 124+ (macOS, Windows, Android)
  • Safari 17+ (macOS, iOS)
  • Firefox 120+ (macOS, Windows)
  • Edge 124+ (Windows)

Assistive technologies + checks

  • VoiceOver (macOS, iOS) — primary screen reader against the marketing site
  • NVDA (Windows) — secondary screen reader against the marketing site
  • Keyboard-only navigation across every interactive surface
  • 200% text-only zoom on every standard breakpoint (sm, md, lg)
  • OS-level reduced-motion preference — every animated demo respects it

Known gaps and roadmap

  • JAWS (Windows) and Dragon (voice control) testing is on the 2026 roadmap; not exercised today.
  • The interactive tools at /tools/* render full audit-trail content visually; one or two timelines still rely on colour for hierarchy alongside text — we're auditing per quarter.
  • Some long demo flows (e.g. /tools/online-booking, /tools/plan-presentation) animate between steps; the reduced-motion preference disables the animation, but a few transitions still need an accessible-name update.

Honest list — we publish what we know is incomplete rather than claim full conformance.
