After the pilot

Pilot pricing is locked for 12 months. Here's what happens after that.

  • Pilot pricing ($200 / clinic / month) is contractually locked for 12 months from pilot start, regardless of when GA pricing is announced.
  • When GA pricing is announced, pilot clinics get 90 days' notice and the option to renew at a documented pilot-loyalty rate. We commit, in writing in the MSA, that renewal pricing won't exceed the GA list price for the same clinic shape.
  • No silent feature gating. Anything in your pilot stays in your pilot. New surfaces built after pilot start (e.g. v13 imaging cohort) are added in scope unless they come from a third-party vendor with their own per-seat cost (e.g. specialty integrations).
  • Custom quotes (groups, DSOs, multi-region clinics) are written in the pilot MSA up front — no surprise renegotiation at renewal.

Your data, on the way out

If you leave, you take everything: full CSV / JSON export of patients, schedule, billing, charting, recall, and the audit log. No export fees, no waiting list, no proprietary lock-in. Standard format on request; the export tooling lives inside the admin surface.

Multi-clinic & DSO

Flat $200 / clinic / month applies linearly during pilot. We discount on the roll-out plan, not the headcount: clinics 2–5 typically tier down once the first is live. Talk to us about a multi-clinic pilot if you're running 3+ locations today.
